I am a first time customer. I ordered 3 pairs of boots, imagine 3 pairs and paid a prettying penny. I hadn't worn my boots until about a week later only to realise that there is a patch of damaged leather on the boot. I wanted to exchange it but they won't take it back cause it was not requested within 3 days of purchase.
I think this is really horrible service, especially since I am a first time customer and I trusted the store enough to buy 3 pairs. I was so impressed at first but now I don't think I'll ever make another purchase again. I will also make sure I spread the word and never ever recommend them to anyone.
