Broke on first wear

I bought this shoe at the Cresta branch for my sister's wedding week. On the first wear, the straps on both shoes stretched out completely, rendering the shoe unbearable. I have sent a complaint via the website, via Facebook and via email, with zero response. Very disappointed in both the product and the lack of service.
