INSTORE EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
For your convenience, item(s) purchased online may be exchanged or refunded at any LaMara Paris store within South Africa, provided all online return policy conditions are met.
A refund will be provided to you by crediting your original method of payment. Please note that cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances and courier charges cannot be refunded.
Item(s) purchased at any LaMara Paris store within South Africa can only be returned at a LaMara Paris store within South Africa.
LaMara Paris Return and Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with LaMara Paris. We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange your item, please review our policy below.
1. Eligibility for Free Returns and Exchanges
- We offer free returns and exchanges on non-sale items when :
- The customer has paid for delivery at checkout.
- The return is logged within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The item is in an unused, unworn condition and includes original packaging.
- Note: If the customer selects the free delivery option at checkout, they will not qualify for a free return or exchange.
2. Return and Exchange Conditions
- All returns or exchanges must meet the following requirements:
- The item is logged within 7 days of receipt.
- It is returned in an unused and unworn condition.
- It includes original packaging.
- If these conditions are not met, LaMara Paris reserves the right to decline the return or exchange request.
3. Returns and Exchanges Logged After 7 Days
- If the return or exchange is logged after 7 days:
- The customer will be responsible for the return courier cost (generally 80 Rands, differs on location).
- For exchanges, LaMara Paris will cover half of the courier costs.
- Returns should be logged within a maximum of 10 days of receiving the item.
4. Non-Qualifying Free Returns and Exchanges
- If the customer does not qualify for a free return or exchange, they may still exchange the item but will be responsible for the full courier cost.
- All items must meet the same requirements as stated above (unused, unworn, and in original packaging).
5. Sale Items
- Returns are allowed on sale items, but they are not eligible for free returns. The customer will be responsible for any courier costs associated with returning sale items.

To request an online exchange or return, please click on the button below to enter our return center.
REQUEST ONLINE RETURN/EXCHANAGE
- Enter your email address
- Enter your order number and select Start
- Select the product(s) you would like to return.
- Click the return or exchange button.
- Select the reason for your return/exchange from the drop down menu provided
- Click Next Step
- A confirmation email will be sent the email address on your order confirming that your return request has been logged.
- If your return request is approved, our customer service team will be in contact to arrange for a collection.
- If your return is not approved, our customer service team will be in contact and provide more information.
Please note: a refund will be provided to you crediting your original method of payment, providing all the Returns Policy Conditions are met and our warehouse has received the original item that is being returned and that the item is in good, saleable condition. Cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
